WHAT IT HANDLES
Molarity turns a binder of recurring reminders into a shared view with ownership, timing, and a record of what happened next.
SET THE CADENCE
Set daily check-off work alongside weekly, biweekly, monthly, six-month, and yearly schedules.
ASSIGN THE WORK
Administrators keep the full practice view while assistants, hygienists, and shared staff see what belongs to them.
KEEP THE RECORD
Complete a cycle, roll the next due date forward, and keep the actor, timestamp, and schedule visible.
HOW A PRACTICE STARTS
Set a daily check-off task, or use weekly, biweekly, monthly, six-month, or yearly timing.
Give the task to an administrator, hygienist, assistant, or shared team view.
Use the dashboard, email reminders, and calendar options to keep the next cycle in view.
ONE PRACTICE, CLEAR ROLES
Sets schedules, manages accounts, assigns work, and sees the complete practice picture.
Sees assigned and shared tasks, due dates, reminders, and completion actions.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Molarity is a patient-free readiness workspace for recurring dental-office maintenance, safety, infection-control, equipment, training, and credential tasks.
No. Molarity is designed for operational readiness, not patient records. Practices should keep patient names, clinical notes, insurance details, and other patient information out of tasks and notes.
Yes. Administrators manage the practice view and assign work by role. Staff see the tasks assigned to their role or shared with the team.
An administrator sets the interval and last-completed date. Molarity calculates the next due date, sends configured reminders, and can provide calendar feeds or Google Calendar task sync depending on the plan and setup.
No. Molarity organizes and documents practice work. It does not certify compliance, replace manufacturer instructions, or provide legal, clinical, or infection-control advice.
Pilot access is invitation-only. Submit a short request from the Molarity information site. If the pilot is a fit, the Molarity team assigns either a Design Partner place or a Paid Pilot and sends a one-time setup link to the administrator email you provide.
